CHILDBIRTH CLASSES
Preparing for Natural Childbirth
Our fun and relaxing childbirth education classes are designed to offer couples a well-rounded, accessible curriculum. We stand by the philosophy that birth is a normal process and hope to inspire confidence in the couples that we teach. The most important way to approach your birth is with confidence and relaxation. You achieve this by knowing what possible things to expect, developing the skills to move through your labor, and by feeling prepared through education.
Classes are a blend of lecture & discussion followed by a relaxation session to practice and fully understand the breathing techniques & how to reach deep levels of relaxation on your own.
Here is just some of what’s covered in this comprehensive class designed to teach you what you need to know to have a more comfortable labor & successful natural birth.
